This tech demo (possibly the largest I've made yet) completely changes mountain generation, to make mountains form real mountain ranges. These mountain ranges can stretch up to thousands of blocks across, and can stretch up to the height limit. This pack also implements features of my Greater Heights and Smoother Terrain tech demos to truly make the mountainous terrain nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend having your render distance above 12 to truly take in the sights you will get in this datapack.
This will also be the last tech demo I will upload, at least for a long while. Each tech demo has only been a piece of a much larger pack I'm working on. Stay tuned!
Warning: This is incompatible with other worldgen packs, including my other tech demos.

I also have some feedback that's more for 1.18 in general than this specific datapack. The badlands suffer greatly from biome-dependant height being removed, as they no longer have the ability to generate unique landmarks. They used to generate these awesome plateaus that were all roughly equal height, with rivers carving canyons between them. They would have a desert biome surrounding them to make sure that the terrain was flat so that the plateaus didn't conbine with hills in other biomes. Now, the badlands are just blobby hills like the rest of the biomes, and they combine with the hills with the other biomes. There are no more plateaus.
The source of this problem is 1.18's height-dependent biome system, which replaced the previous biome-dependent height system.
