It's nice, but it's problematic. It takes over a tremendous area of land -- far more than it requires. This means that placing it in your world is extremely problematic.

It floats in the air, but at the same time, it wipes out a huge swath of land beyond its borders, so while the lighthouse itself is too high, the schematic digs too far underground. The end result is that I don't see any way to integrate this nicely into your world.
