Well, I had to do it. With the increased build height and new plans and build methods, I decided to halt progress on my long-standing 3:1 Queen Mary and make the change to 4:1 scale. I'm sure this is disappointing for anyone hoping to see the 3:1 completed, but the project is still live with a download for you to check out.
This new project in 4:1 scale is obviously bigger, but also much better because as stated above, I can take advantage of the larger scale for more details, and utilize my better building skills that I've developed over the years building many ships. Like the 3:1 this will eventually feature full interior, hopefully to be completed for real this time. There will also be the King George V Graving Dock like before, but that is yet to come. Awesome! I just can’t download it, I’m from Russia, the Patreon payment system doesn’t work for us (I myself have new models of Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth on a scale of 4 to 1 current, not started, but simply lined up block by block, because all the forces go to the liner Admiral Nakhimov. Good luck building the model brothers!)
