By nature of what it does, this pack also requires a shader with PBR support. If you use this without shaders, literally nothing will change. This also means that OPTIFINE OR IRIS ARE REQUIRED
Aside from having the dumbest pack name ever(Full name is APPLPBRMCRPAOIBVNR, have fun deciphering that), A PPLPBRRP is a material add-on for Pixel Perfection Legacy, with normals and specular maps for textures to make them jazzier with shaders. Important note; This is not finished, so scenes where some blocks are supported and others aren't is very common. If you're willing to put up with that, great! Just be aware, though. Other important note; Expect development to be slow. While all the CTM and random block variants are great, they can multiply my work tenfold, alongside the fact that I'm busy as an artist. This is why it's so slow and why my block choice is seemingly random as, for the most part, I pick what I think will look interesting and will be noticed by people, and then I'm just going down the list from there.
This pack also takes heavy influence from VNR, as it's the basis of how I decide what values to use for the specular mapping. This is essentially an adaptation of VNR's materials for the textures of Pixel Perfection Legacy, with adjustments if needed.

Okay.
So, if 11 whole months of inactivity wasn't telling enough, I have not been working on this pack whatsoever, and it will be discontinued indefinitely. I have been wayyy too busy with other things, and just experience an overall lack of motivation to do PBR work. Alongside that, the work is kinda painful, specular maps make my eyes hurt (I have blue light glasses for those situations but then I'm not able to accurately map the colors), and normal maps make my head hurt, I still don't really understand them. If I come across resources that make it easier and more manageable, then I might return, but there are no guarantees, and I'm not actively looking for any resources. I apologize to anybody who may be disappointed because of all this, but if someone is willing to try it instead, you are more than welcome. Sorry for not announcing sooner lol
