DISCLAIMER: We have explicit permission to use textures from the Doku TSC team.
Proof of Permission:
HickeryDickery, leading manager of Doku:TSC, who is also granting me permission to put up textures from artists that have left his team,
aswell as informing me that all the original Dokucraft textures we use are free to use without explicit permission. Doku himself was not maintaining the pack at all at the time of the message.
As he says in the screenshot, he could not speak for everyone, hence I went into the old customizer and wrote down the names of every other artist, whose textures we use, and got in touch with them on MC Forums. This is an HTML-File that displays the entire conversation I had with them. If you require an album of screenshots instead, I can provide that too.
Furthermore HickeryDickery mentions an internal Doku:TSC google doc, in which other users have already granted permission to our remix.

Introduction:

The WesterosCraft Resource Pack (WCRP) is a 32x32 creative pack that was tailored to fit the lore of the famous fantasy epic of "A Song of Ice and Fire", specifically to be used on the WesterosCraft Creative Server.

It relies heavily on MCPatcher's most notable feature, the Connected Textures Mod (CTM). Not only does it make a plethora of new textures available to the game, but also swaps out most of Minecraft's standard sounds for more realistic counterparts.

The WCRP is a remix of Dokucraft,Doku TSC, and contains a ton of custom textures specifically tailored to fit the atmosphere of the server. The sound effects are from Soundjay.com[1]and Pond5.com, either paid for under an Attribution 3.0 license or considered in the public domain.

with extra special thanks to Hickerydickery, WantedRobot, for their expertise, permission and contribution!

We would like to thank FyreUK,John Smith & Misa.
Not for directly contributing to this pack, but for pioneering with
MCPatchers CTM! Without you we would never have started our CTM stuff.

Download:
The current version of the pack comes as the standard pack with our custom forge-based(!) launcher, which you can download

here: http://www.westeroscraft.com/textures

It is designed to enhance the experience and reduce the chaos of
metadatas we used to have with the old version. Our custom launcher is
forge based and runs a special made plugin called WesterosBlocks which
introduces more than 100 new blocks to the game.

Our old pack, which is 1.6.4. compatible and can be found

here, as it cannot be uploaded to PMC due to exeding the file limit.

The old WCRP does not depend on the custom launcher and WesterosBlocks,
but because of this has a reduced amount of custom textures. It still
boasts about 150 CTM textures, which can be accessed by cycling through the metadatas of the vanilla blocks. For this World Edit or Single Player Commands are needed.

  • Please do not abuse the download link!
  • Do not upload this pack anywhere else!
  • Give credit where credit is due! That means to Doku, DokuTSC, WesterosCraft & all the above mentioned individual artists!

This pack is 100% free, if you should see this pack offered behind an adfly link or reuploaded elsewhere please let us know!

Additional Notes

Future Plans:
In the future, we want to take care of the messy item textures and tailor them more to fit with the rest of the pack.

So this is the video you were talking about. It looked great. In the future, after this walkthrough, I hope that viddeos can be a regular thing for WC. I heard somebody the other day talking about making videos for their own projects. I that having builders submit a comentated walkthrough of their project to a mod and then (presuming its all good) be put onto youtube. You probably talked about this, but I can't remember properly. But I think this idea will help boost popularity of WC and make it more well known. It could also help viewers build relationships with certain builders or mods who post their content.

Hope this all made sence, I just got up after all.

Im glad you like this Aslanio,

Yeah we were discussing this earlier. Dutch has kinda started doing these kinda things by himself already but I think a more coordinated approach will be necessary! And I definitely think that a "speaker" persona will ultimately help people connect with us and our community like you suggested!

cheers for the feedback,
Thamus

You can download the Resource Pack from here. Its either one of the first two links, depending on your operating system. This will download the custom launcher which contains the Resource Pack aswell as WesterosBlocks, as they are meant to be played together. (They complete eachother; without the other one neither of them make much sense)
If you still only want the RP separately there are two options:

A: download and install the launcher, run the game with it once, quit it and then go into:
"C:/Users/YourUsername/AppData/Roaming/WesterosCraft/instances/WesterosCraft/resourcepacks"

Copy out the file called WesterosCraft, that is the Resource Pack. You can now delete the launcher if you don't want it.

B: download the old version of the Resource Pack which doesnt depend on WesterosBlocks, but be aware that many of the textures are only accessible with WorldEdit or SinglePlayerCommands. This version though is discontinued. I can't give you advice on how to use it properly.

I hope this helped!

Hey InfiniteA1155,

as far as I am aware we are no longer featuring any textures from Misa or John Smith, I credited them anyways, because I felt that I have learned a lot about the CTM and texturing in general from studying their packs. I am certain that Doku himself doesn't maintain the DokuCraft Pack anymore, hence I contacted WantedRobot and HickeryDickery, who are in charge of the DokuTSC Communty as well as the premiere remixers/developers/artists of Doku related textures through FyreUK and their countless side projects. I have explicit permission from those two and all the sub-authors I cited in the description. Again though, some of those sub-artists did not respond to my request at all, and some of those on the list are also obsolete now, because we chose to redo textures from scratch, but are still mentioned out of respect.

Should any problem arise, or any credit not have been given to the correct author, please notify me directly. Either here or here.

We will take care of the issue immediately.
