Not all of these are applicable to my situation, but a nice overview for people interested in moving away from the 'adhocracy style' base.

Technical issue: the timelinks / chapter links in the video description do not correspond properly to the video after the first few [3?]
e.g. Tip#4 Landscaping actuall begins at ~2m16, but the chapter link "Landscaping in your Kingdom" is marked (and links to) 3m35 (which is the start of Tip#9 "Public Spaces")

I think there may have had to be an edit done after posting the video over a false copyright claim (someone literally trying to copyright C418s music if I remember correctly lol) Appreciate you pointing out that that has impacted the chapter timings! Will get on fixing those ASAP. Thanks again for the comments/compliments.
