In general this Table of keyboard shortcuts is a reasonable overview.
Within MC, some of the most useful are
f3 = debug screen with a phletora of useful info
f3 + b = show hitboxes
f3 + g = show chunk and chunklet boundaries
f3 + f4 = cycles game modes
and
f3 + q = help & f3 + combinations

you can also do that as windows + full stop to do the same thing
in windows, if you press and hold the alt key while in any drawing or presentation app, and then press f4 at the same time, it creates a perfect circle! so you don’t have to fiddle around with the shape making tool ;)
