i started a massive argument at my school over this today. I need to prove them all wrong. What’s the most important meal of the day? To define “important”, we mean like “most beneficial to yourself” or “the one that would make life most difficult/tiring/unproductive if it suddenly disappeared”
- Breakfast
- Brunch
- Lunch
- Dinner

Theoretically, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
I'd say Lunch. Most people would say Breakfast, but I always accidently skip it and I'm still doing fine. Also Lunch is in the middle of the day, so I think it's very important.

I eat the most at dinner, and u have gone without breakfast and lunch before and I was fine.

Also it's away to refer to a meal that happens really late. If breakfast takes long to make and goes into lunch time. It's another way to word it by having two meals for one, do the words got added together..

some people (not me but I thought I’d add it anyway) have a small-ish meal between breakfast and lunch
