I would make a list of your hobbies and interests and pick out skins that relate to them.

Do a process of elimination. Compare two skins at a time and decide which one is better. Eliminate the ones you like the least. That way you're not trying to compare all at once while overwhelming yourself.

You don't have to use one skin for the rest of your life. You can switch it up a bit.

Or, if you want to stick to one for the rest of your life, you can simply just make a skin that looks like you. Have it represent your identity, who you are, your culture, etc. It doesn't have to be the best skin out there or the flashiest skin. We choose characters to express ourselves, to showcase our talent, to tell others about who we are, and to be whoever we want to be.

Don't overthink it. You can change it whenever. There is no wrong choice. Follow your heart <3.

I think you should play the game for a bit and focus on finding out your building style your play style then kind of theme your game and skin around it, i make my own skins as a hobby so i change everytime my "character" changes lore aka server, world, who i'm with. so then you can type in exactly your style and find what you want. You could also ask a friend to make you one or help, I make my friend's skins and its no trouble so it cant be that hard to find someone to do it, maybe i'm just weird.
Yea no find your style then base a skin off it so when you play you feel like you fit in, and not patrick star in a medieval village.

Assuming you're talking about the orange cat head with a black suit and red tie, you might try adding some detail and variation to the shading of what you've got.
(I'm not personally fond of splitting the tal between the legs — it looks fine when standing, but quite odd when moving. Perhaps carrying the tail high i.e. up the back of the torso might look better.)
