Can someone please tell me if it is possible to install mods for Minecraft Dungeons if you bought it from the Microsoft store?

Not really possible, setting this up can cause major problems.
Thing is.. MS uses a special storage location for all software that originates from the store. That location is not easily accessible and it'll require you to override several safety options.
There's more.. Starting these programs is done in a specific way as well, you don't start a simple executable which will make the use of a mod loader even more difficult.
