As Greytopher said, you must wait 24 hours but thius time it was because of A. PMC is experiencing major lag issues ATM and when you attempted to save the log it it went on forever and you didn't wait until the log had saved and instead just saved the project

Or B. if you enter a log, but don't save your upload changes it won't be BUMPed

You probably updated it before the post has been up for 24 hours. The update log only updates once every 24 hours, not within that timezone at all, or else it wont work. Be sure not to abuse that power, it's how submissions get taken down!
