Good day Ladies and Gentlemen,
today I have yet another Building from "Germania", or just Berlin.
The Reichsversicherungsamt, or National Insurance Office was already founded in 1884 and provided all kinds of social insurances such as accident insurance, health insurance as well as unemployment insurance on a legal basis.
The Reichsversicherungsamt was supposed to receive a representative building complex at the North-South-Axis according to the plans of Albert Speer.
The building was designed by architects Hentrich u. Heuser in 1942.
Later on, another branch office was planned in the southern expansion of Berlin behind Südbahnhof.
Exterior as well as interior is completed. Inner Yards need a bit of detailing yet.
Building time: about less then a week in total, from 29.08 - 21.09.2018
