Hey guys,
Hope you're all doing well!
Here is the final guild building: The Warriors Guild!
I was eager to share this with you guys prior Easter but due to the site crash, wasn't able to :(.
But here it is now! Hope you like what you see :)
You may have noticed that these guilds are getting bigger in size by the build. This one is no exception. Although the structure is symmetrical it has a lot of different sections within it including the main hall, bunkers, training grounds, arena, shrine, infirmary, tactics room, brewery, soup kitchen, n a bat-ery.
You may be wondering what a bat-ery is, well the idea came to me when I observed that during medieval days, messages were sent via pigeons that were kept in pigeon coops. In minecraft, there is only one small winged creature that I presume can represent that idea, and that is the bat. The bat-ery (like the owlery in Harry Potter) includes a bat cage with trained bats that can "potentially" deliver messages. I thought this idea was unique and included a small section in the build, what do you guys think?
Another feature is that there is a roof above the guild arena with the shape of a shield. I made it in such a way that it cud be a frame for a "cloth roof" that can be put over it on rainy days, as well as a signature of the warriors guild (aka the shield).
Finally I added a couple of training exercises on the training grounds itself for the atmosphere of a camp. Treat them as little minigames to enrich the RPG experience.
Well that is it for now, with this build I complete my set of guild buildings and will probably move on to other things. If you guys have a future guild ideas, feel free to leave it in the comments and I may come back to it someday to fullfill it.
Until then, go ahead and download the map file, schematic or both. Don't forget to credit, comment, rate and diamond if u you likey. Subscribe to me if you like what I have to offer :D!
P.S. I suggest anyone who is interested to check out a really great server I am working on with some talented builders and people called Amalthea. The Webpage for some of the builds by The Amalthea Network can be found here: http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/amalthea_network/ Support Us!
Till a later date
