World Download of my Beginner Bone Meal Farm
I do not use any components from the nether so there are no observers, no comparators, and I also decided not to use sticky pistons. Because I used only the most basic redstone components, the farm is larger than normal bone meal farms, but that doesn't mean it is difficult to build. The systems are bulkier but still very simple. In the video I walk through the most important parts, but if you would like to see the build in greater detail, feel free to download this farm.

Splittig the build into subsystems which can be viewed individually was a wise choice although players unfamiliar with redstone components and the various underlying mechanics could probably use more explanation.
On the other hand, this sort of restricted resource build may find its main audience in the more technical players, in which case that would be be a minor issue.
Yeah, ideally I would like to go into more detail on the redstone side of things, especially for "beginner" farms, but unfortunately the videos get really long. So it's a tough balance between being watchable and fully explained. If people would be interested in understanding how the subsystems work in more detail, I could potentially do smaller videos explaining the redstone in detail. We'll see how it goes.
Thanks again for the feedback!
