I haven't yet changed how armour trims look for the pack, so not amazing.
As for the two different banner patterns, they only change when applied to shields, so they won't affect your banners, if that's what you're worried about.
If you really don't want different patterns on shields though, you can unzip the pack file and go to

assets > minecraft > textures > entity

and delete the "shield" folder there, and the different patterns will be gone.

Afterwards, just go back to the beginning of the pack folder, select "assets", "pack.mcmeta" and "pack.png" all at once, right-click one of them and then click "Send to" > "Compressed (zipped) folder" to zip your folder back up, and you should be good.
