This is Biotite.
Biotite is a large-ish Minecraft resource pack that improves Minecraft.
You can see what kind of things it changes in the above images, or in the below update logs. (Only biggish changes are shown in the images, all the features are listed in the update logs.)
When using this resource pack in the version after its main version, do not listen to the outdated warning, this resource pack works well enough with most versions post-1.13, but it will not have any of the blocks from later versions if you are using an earlier version. (Obviously).
Credits:
Lord Blackbone - For creating most of the assets in the Biotite resource pack.
ImJustPabloIGuess - For the CTM files to use as templates (Mostly).
VanillaTweaks - for the dark GUI textures, and for the desaturated dark oak planks.
Jasper Boerstra (JAPPA) - For some of the minecraft textures from the texture update tests, and the new compass and clocks.
BFLIGames - for making Vizzy's faithful armour 16x, which I then changed slightly to match the colours in Biotite.
MuddyFoot and PinkuRinku - Muddy for the dungeons lightning rod texture base and Pinku for the model.
Ebaa - for creating a tutorial that helped me make a cool title for Biotite.
