Additional notes

This is different from my other 3D emissive ores mod — this one has animation. Please, do not combine the two, there is no good in doing so. But a lot of things from that update, found its way in here as I had iterated upon both in due course.

I so want to make that happen! Unfortunately, I'm not that smart with Python to remotely understand how MrJoshuaT made ore protrude from the ore blocks for this to be a possibility, in a way which would be consistent with his work.

I want you to be abundantly aware that this work is just borrowing things from other creators, without the need to figure some way of smashing them together in Minecraft's resource pack settings by figuring out what's the correct arrangement for a desired effect to make animated multi-faceted blocks possible in a fashion that would be quick and convenient for me to implement.

So unless I can find something like this for variated blocks by a third-party, or he makes the 3D variated ores I would want to have, then this is the best you're going to get.

The next best thing after this would be to do something similar as this, shame it's only for 1.16.5 though so none of the new Nether stuff was ever implemented for it.

oh I see... doing it without automation is pretty tedious, especially each animated set with each variation. MrJoshuaT explained it well but I also have no idea how to implement that. Maybe in the future :)

Just so you are aware, the animations are something I did entirely by hand. By the end, my brain was practically oozing out from my ears. and as you can see, I screwed up still even six months ago due to me wanting to rename every texture file, since I was having fun rendering issues even when everything seemed correct and that somehow fixed it.

It's a hot mess. But I'm glad to have eventually got it right.
