turns out i have a mid form on red green color blindness reds always did seem off (and the fact a pmc post made me check XD)

I cannot vote on this. The color is rgb(0, 148, 148) which means it has an equal amount of blue and green. Therefore, it's both.
I just realized I've been completely misinterpreting the question as what the colors of the dotted picture was, not what color your were....
