it does not say that
Turquoise, Teal, and "Pine Green" are shades of cyan which are a perfect half between blue and green (usually). It isn't necessarily only a shade of green.

So besides the orange numbers, I see greens, some with a more yellow-ish tone and others on the bluer side, maybe you could classify the weird blue-ish toned ones has a blue but I'd say it's more of a green, also the number couldn't be more clear mate it's 45

Maybe the 45 folks (y'all know the slam that goes here, don't cha's) should check their monitors (either the setting or the hardware) it's surprising how far a slow drift can go before one becomes aware of it…

I can see the 45 as well, the parenthetical remark was an allusion to a bit of political humor.
[The bit about monitors was serious, i had one that drifted far enough out of calibration that all my graphics looked miscoilored when viewed on a properly calibrated monitor because I was doing the color matching on a defective one. Similarly, monitor drift could emulate certain types of color blindness.]

That is technically true. The cyan is slightly colser to blue on the hex color scale.
